DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK 

DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK: B-

Not a bad film. I enjoyed it. It had a few flaws, but for the most part I enjoyed this film. 

Not near as good as DARKNESS FALLS, with a similar story, but still had a decent plot. I found the little girl annoying at times, and her level of intelligence to be too shifty. I also didn't get the ending at all. Did Kim turn into one of them at the end? Was she one of them from the very beginning? (Logically that would make no sense, but we're talking horror here...it doesn't always have to make sense.)

I also wonder if the movie would have been a bit more terrifying if they had shown less of the creatures. Often times in horror, "less is more" as they say.

Pretty good story over all. Could have been stronger and a better ending would have given it a solid B Vs the B- that it received.

So happy to add another decent flick to my list of modern horror's.
