THE SACRAMENT

"The Sacrament" which I saw last night for the first time, is one of the most disturbing and sickening films I've ever seen in my life. Rarely will I see a film that bothers me as much as this film did, and the reason why it bothers me the way that it does is because it is based on a true story. Jim Jones, brainwashed and convinced over 900 people to commit a mass suicide. Those who did not conform were murdered including children and babies. It is one of the worst incidents to ever happen in the history of mankind.
