"The Confederate States of America" : A

This was a brilliant film. Extremely well done. I don't know if I have the room or time to talk about all of the things that I want to say about his masterpiece. If you're the type of person who loves history, loves to think about the "what if's" and likes to try and examine tough questions about society, you need to see this film. 

The only thing that kept this film from getting an A+, was that it took a while to get going. Other than its slow start though, it kept me hooked throughout its entirety.

In many ways it reflects similar situations to what we face today and it proves how as a society we never quite seem to learn from out history. Or maybe we do, but it should be noted that those who have evil intentions, learn how to satisfy their own interests as much as those with good intentions.

The North was won by the North, by the Union and you are a fool if you believe that in this world today, as in 2016, as in January 24th, 2016, that everyone is happy about it.

I could write novella on this film, or at least a damn long short story.

I'd love to discuss it with anyone who has seen it, if you're up for it.
